Service Desk Support Analyst, 1st Line Support

Hybrid Role, visit to Birmingham Office 2 days a week for Training
Full Training provided for this role. As a service desk analyst, you will be required to provide support across the business, maintain IT facilities and provide user training to stakeholders of various technical levels. This means that strong technical and customer support experience is essential to be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests raised by staff.

Providing a first point of contact for users
-
Logging and responding to calls submitted to the Service Desk via telephone, email or web portal.

Monitoring and escalating tickets to meet or exceed SLAs or OLAs

Responsible for maintenance of service desk documentation for internal and customer facing.
Skills required:
-
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or telephony Customer Services
-
Office 365
-
Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS (Training Provided)

Windows Desktop OS, networking, Siemen’s telephony, and incident management systems
-
Virtual machines - beneficial
-
Excellent communication skills

DATA ANALYST
March 2024
Fully Remote Role but occasional visit to Birmingham Office
Data analysis tasks using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel for building reports, identifying trends, and making recommendations based on findings.
- Communicating with Senior Management, able to identify issues and providing data solutions.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings.
- Interpret data, to identify patterns and relationships between different variables.
- Identified opportunities to improve business processes using predictive analytic tools.
